Station established in 1986 as part of NEW Water's Aquatic Monitoring Program and was upgraded in 2022 to stream data in near real time. Parameters are measured from 1 meter below the surface and 1 meter above the bottom of the water column. Top 1-m parameters include water temperature, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, pH, total algae, and phosphate. Bottom 1-m parameters include temperature, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, and turbidity. This station also measures the following weather parameter - wind speed, wind direction, air temperature. A grant from GLOS provided funding to bring this station online as well as fund Green Eyes NuLAB phosphate monitoring equipment.
