Known as Cleveland Water’s Nottingham buoy, it was established in June 2021 by Cleveland Water in partnership with Cleveland Water Alliance and LimnoTech. The YSI EXO 2 Sonde is installed the treatment facilities raw water pumping station located on the Lake Erie shore line in the eastern portion of the county. This facility draws water from its 48 inch intake extends approximately 4,000 feet into Lake Erie.
