This buoy measures wind speed and direction, air and water temperature, relative humidity, wave direction, height and period. The data is logged internally as well as transmitted in ten minute intervals to the internet via cellular modem.\n\ncdm_data_type = TimeSeries\nVARIABLES:\ntime (seconds since 1970-01-01T00:00:00Z)\nlongitude (degrees_east)\nlatitude (degrees_north)\nair_pressure (Pa)\nair_pressure_at_mean_sea_level (Pa)\nair_temperature (K)\nbattery_voltage (V)\ndew_point_temperature (K)\nrelative_humidity (1)\nsea_surface_temperature (Water temp at depth, K)\nsea_surface_wave_from_direction (Wave direction (from), degree)\nsea_surface_wave_maximum_height (m)\nsea_surface_wave_maximum_period (s)\nsea_surface_wave_mean_height_of_highest_tenth (m)\nsea_surface_wave_period_at_variance_spectral_density_maximum (Dominant wave period, s)\nsea_surface_wave_significant_height (Significant wave height, m)\nsea_surface_wave_significant_period (s)\nwind_from_direction (Wind direction (from), degree)\nwind_speed (m s-1)\nwind_speed_of_gust (Wind Gust Speed, m s-1)\nplatform\n https://seagull-erddap.glos.org/erddap/metadata/fgdc/xml/obs_33_latest_fgdc.xml https://seagull-erddap.glos.org/erddap/metadata/iso19115/xml/obs_33_latest_iso19115.xml https://seagull-erddap.glos.org/erddap/info/obs_33_latest/index.htmlTable http://uglos.mtu.edu/station_page.php?station=45026 (external link) https://seagull-erddap.glos.org/erddap/rss/obs_33_latest.rss https://seagull-erddap.glos.org/erddap/subscriptions/add.html?datasetID=obs_33_latest&showErrors=false&email= Limnotech Inc. obs_33_latest

The station is part of the Great Lakes Evaporation Network (GLEN), which was established to improve observations of over-lake meteorology and evaporation, to use these observations to provide more accurate projections of Great Lakes water levels, and to support a variety of stakeholders, including the National Weather Service (NWS), U.S. and Canadian Coast Guard, recreational boaters and commercial shipping, emergency management officials, and the Great Lakes research community.\n\ncdm_data_type = TimeSeries\nVARIABLES:\ntime (seconds since 1970-01-01T00:00:00Z)\nlongitude (degrees_east)\nlatitude (degrees_north)\nair_temperature (K)\ndew_point_temperature (K)\nrelative_humidity (1)\nsea_surface_temperature (sea_water_temperature, K)\nsurface_downwelling_shortwave_flux_in_air (Incident solar radiation (downwelling, shortwave), W m-2)\nwind_from_direction (degree)\nwind_speed (m s-1)\nplatform\n https://seagull-erddap.glos.org/erddap/metadata/fgdc/xml/obs_11_latest_fgdc.xml https://seagull-erddap.glos.org/erddap/metadata/iso19115/xml/obs_11_latest_iso19115.xml https://seagull-erddap.glos.org/erddap/info/obs_11_latest/index.htmlTable https://www.glerl.noaa.gov/res/recon/station-srl.html (external link) https://seagull-erddap.glos.org/erddap/rss/obs_11_latest.rss https://seagull-erddap.glos.org/erddap/subscriptions/add.html?datasetID=obs_11_latest&showErrors=false&email= NOAA-GLERL obs_11_latest
